What is an assisted collection?

If you can't get your recycling and rubbish out to the front of your house, we can help. This is called an "assisted collection".

It means you can agree with us a place on your property that is accessible and we will collect your recycling and rubbish from there.

Your recycling and rubbish will still need to be in a suitable place we can get to, outside your building and within the boundary of your property.

You need to make sure that the recycling and rubbish is out in the agreed collection place by 7am on the day of your collection.
